7" fine filter for IBC

Material: polypropylene (the filter is a little thicker to help with vibrations and possible rubbing of the hose against the filter).

 "Needled felt" filter provides excellent 3D filtration  -particles of impurities get caught in its dense net.

Filter ring diameter: 7" (approx. 17cm - approx. 5") The ring is 2cm larger than the tank opening!)
Filter length: 17" (approx. 40cm)

• Excellent mechanical filtration. Captures large and small impurities such as leaves, moss, sand, insects, particles of toadstool and so on.
• It allows water to flow quickly (no stagnation thanks to the filter!).
• Durable construction, excellent resistance and strong stitching.
• It is reusable and relatively easy to clean.

• Due to its size (diameter), it is suitable for all sizes of pipes leading from the chute to the tank (up to 140mm).
• It fits into the opening of the IBC tank, which has a cap diameter of 163mm. The extreme edge of the filter (plastic ring) is 2cm larger than the opening! (see picture).
• You cannot close the tank lid if the filter is in the opening.
• The filter is a professional one, designed for industrial purposes - it is not specifically made for IBC tanks - so the filter ring is a bit larger than would be ideal (its function is of course non-negotiable).
• We recommend changing two filters per season.
