​Tip:
Before installation, make sure that the cheek of the tank valve (where the adapter is installed) is smooth and undamaged. New tanks have an aluminium seal on the valve opening - if this is sloppily removed, this may be the cause of a poor seal. Any imperfections on the valve should be removed or sanded off with sandpaper before fitting the adapter for the first time.
